Our Services Include

Our clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners who are licensed and qualified to provide effective as well efficient treatment. We strive to maximize the time you spend in our clinic and believe you should pay based on actual time spent with the nurse practitioner versus some mysterious billing code. That makes us unique and different from all other clinics.

The following is the list of many services we perform. We use time-based billing, charging by the quarter hour, so most uncomplicated visits will cost only $65.

Annual Exams

Women’s, men’s and children’s annual exams, including Pap and prostate screenings, sexual health assessments, birth control prescription, childhood development assessment and vaccinations for ages four and up.

Illness and Injury Treatment

Illness and injury treatment, including management and prescription for illnesses like ear infections, sore throats, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, urinary infections, stomach problems, sexually transmitted infections, fevers and skin infections, to name a few. We manage injuries like sprains, strains, cuts and lacerations, bumps and bruises. If you need an x-ray, we’ll refer you for low-cost testing.

Chronic Disease Management

Chronic disease management includes diagnosis and treatment for conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, lung diseases like asthma and COPD, chronic heartburn, bowel and bladder diseases, chronic skin problems, back pain and headaches, among others. We work with specialists as needed to make sure you get the best care.

Minor Procedures

Minor procedures include suturing of lacerations, removal and/or biopsy of skin lesions, freezing or removing skin tags, joint injections and earwax removal, and others.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are available seasonally (flu shots) and routinely (for example tetanus shots).

Physicals

School, sports and employment physicals are comprehensive, quick, accessible and inexpensive.

Level 1 (1 – 15 minutes) $65
Level 2 (16 – 30 minutes) $95
Level 3 (31 – 45 minutes) $125
Level 4 (46 to 60 minutes) $155
Over 1 hour $30 for each 15-minute segment

Common Procedures (in addition to office visit charge):

Cerumen impaction removal $15
Laceration, suturing, biopsies, lesion or cyst removal $25 – $200, depending upon complexity
Lesion/mole/wart removal by freezing $30 per freeze spray
Joint Injection $75 per joint

 

Please notewe make every effort to accommodate patients who needs to be seen urgently, so it’s important that we know if you will not be attending your appointment. Please notify us within 24 hours if you cannot make a scheduled appointment.  There is a $40 charge per anticipated visit level for missed appointments or appointments canceled within 12 hours.

We make every effort to charge only slightly above cost, and to inform our patients of charges in advance of any treatment.  This price list is subject to change and new prices may not be reflected here immediately.
