OUR COMMUNITY
At ACHC, we see children and adults from ages two months to 102 years, and strive to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for.
We take pride in our diverse and inclusive patient community and are particularly dedicated to caring for our immigrant families. Our family nurse practitioner is actively learning Spanish and improving her fluency every day to better serve our Spanish-speaking patients.
